Network of Care is a comprehensive, Internet-based resource for the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as their caregivers and service providers.

The site is a cooperative project of the Oregon Association of Area Agencies on Aging and Disabilities and the Department of Human Services. Funding for the site is from the Older Americans Act and Oregon Project Independence. A special thank-you to the 2005 Oregon Legislature for supporting Senate Bill 870, the OPI Modernization Act, which authorized funding for this project.
